A machinery equipped with the most modern technology, the experience of decades and or motivated and highly qualified staff team are the solid basis for our production. The established high quality and safety standarts are the result of a well reasoned planning which ensures production processes in control and the fabrication of reproducible quality products for fully satisfied clients. This is supported by the use of statistical methods, like e.g. "SPC" on which the qulaity management system of the company Scharrenbroich according to ISO/TS 16949:2002 and the classification as A-rated supplier in the automobile industry is based. We have a large spectrum of a computer controlled measuring and testing instruments and devices that are used in our manufacturing plant, our controll department for outgoing goods and our fully air-conditioned testing laboratory. Product specific testing devices are designed and built by us.		Modern, computer controlled facilities guide the various manufacturing sequences.Together with our quality management system they guarantee the constant high standart of our products. A responsible and considerate dealing with our environment and our surroundings is self-evident for us. Most modern analytical procedures are used in the pre-production planning process as a preventive quality assurance.
